Declarators Pte Ltd was established in 2014 with the aim of assisting our clients to reduce workload and manpower cost, while providing permit declaration solutions. Our highly professional permit declaration services brings forward the most professional and dedicated personnel using Singapore Customs approved declaration platform, TradeWeb Live.
In 2016, we have also extended our services to provide local courier/despatch deliveries via motorcycle around islandwide Singapore.
Within 3 years, Declarators has expanded rapidly as a reputable organization well known for our dedication and commitment to serve. We have also started a new service branded under Handcarry in 2017, offering door-to-door hand carry services for time-critical shipments around the world

We are approved by Singapore Customs to handle your permit declarations. As an authorized declaring agent, our people consist of experienced declarants who are well versed in declaring all types of permit. As our slogan suggest, we operate 24hrs daily (even on Sunday & Public Holidays), 365 days a year, to cater for urgent needs from our clients.
Declarators courier are well versed in Singapore routes and trained to “think out of the box” in urgent situations to ensure your documents/parcels are well handled and delivered on schedule. Our Hand Carry team are well-trained for urgent, specialized and high value items. With our On-Board Courier service, one of our staff will travel on a flight with the customer’s goods as their baggage. We literally hand-carry items for customers from one place to another. Hand-carry helps to ensure quick and efficient delivery of important items, including Customs clearanc.
